Matthew Hamilton is the owner of WESTSIDE Kickboxing & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  Matt oversees the training as well as the day to day operations of the gym.  Matt’s coaching experience and extensive competitive resume make him the most knowledgeable MMA coach in the area.  Some of Matt’s professional accomplishments include:

In addition to Matt’s professional qualifications, his personality makes for enjoyable training sessions each and every time.  Matt has over 15 years of Martial Arts experience and Bachelor’s Degrees in both History & Psychology.  Matt is currently retired from competition and focused solely on the clients at WESTSIDE KBB & BJJ. 


Mixed Martial Arts
COACH:  ROLI DELGADO

Roli Delgado is a full time Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter. Roli has fought both in the United States and in London with a record of 16-3-2. Roli has competed against fighters that have fought in the UFC, PRIDE, BODOG and other top organizations. Roli is currently rehabilitating his shoulder to make his return to the cage as soon as possible.

When he's not training for a fight Roli can be found coaching the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at our training facility. Roli received his Black Belt in Maceio, Brazil this year. Roli is the WESTSIDE Fight Team Competition Coach and enjoys traveling the United States competing and coaching with our team. Come visit a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class and train with Roli, he is always on the mat with his students training the latest techniques. Women's Mixed Martial Arts
 COACH:  HILLARY WILLIAMS

Hillary Williams is a pre-med student at the University of Central Arkansas. Hillary received her blue belt in April 07, under the instruction of Matt Hamilton and Roli Delgado. Hillary assists in the both kids' classes and is the Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor. Under the watchful eye of Matt and Roli, Hillary has competed across the country, accomplishing a record of 20-1 with women and 2-4 with men, including a gold medal at the Pan American Jiu Jitsu Championships. Hillary continues to work on her game, hoping one day to be one of the top female competitors in the world.

Other notable local accomplishments include the following:

  • Named 2007 Top Ten Scholar Athletes in the state of Arkansas
  • Reigning RE/MAX Female Junior World Long Drive Champion
